Then piling up to form the words. After baking, the words were hardened and formed the shape.

Requirement of the words of a quality matt gilt dial:
1) words can been seen clearly
2) one can feels the ups and downs of the words. Those words are NOT flat.
They are neatly embossed on the dial surface. Words are a bit raised.

Please pay special attention to "R" and "O" of the word "ROLEX"
The reflection of the light shows that the two sides of the "O" are raised.
It is NOT 2 dimensions. It is close to 3D.
